Hello, we’re Andy and Jo. We live in Singapore as of mid-January. Jo’s job has taken us to one of the ex-colonies. She will be doing difficult and tricky projects across Asia and Andy will mainly still be retired / doing website things. Like this one.
This site is an alternative to those endless emails sent to all and sundry, which invariably leave some upset due not being ‘on the list’. Whilst those who are on the list are wishing they weren’t.
We’ll post here when we’ve got stuff to say, rants to have or photos to brag about. You can then respond to our urbane wittering with your own pithy comebacks. The Internet is magic is it not?
You can subscribe to news updates via something called RSS, which are not scary as the BBC use them too. if you are using one of the following programs: Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer 7. If you aren’t using one of these you probably should be, there are unscrupulous scammers after your credit cards you know.
To subscribe you can simply click the little orange square in the top right of the browser and subscribe to a constantly updating feed. Exciting new world.
Those of you savvy enough to know all about this thing already will no doubt have your own favorite program to use.
